Focused on fresh, high-quality local ingredients, Poulet Rouge is one of the fastest-growing fast-food franchises in Quebec. Combining their love for chicken and a healthy obsession with making sure every meal is as tasty as it is healthy, the Quebec-based business expanded into Ontario and opened its 20th location in 2021.
Challenge
After opening its 5th location, Poulet Rouge realized the potential and opportunities that digital marketing offered yet it lacked the internal expertise. They needed a partner capable of effectively engaging their audience and building a community.

Solution
People trust other people over brands. With consumers’ voices being louder than ever, we focused on community management through comments, DMs and user-generated content. From the insights gained during these interactions, we designed and launched initiatives such as the online nutritional calculator.
