Dext needed to develop an effective content strategy for the Quebec market in order to increase its brand notoriety, attract new clients and reduce its cost per lead.

Our solution
Launch social media accounts for the Quebec region. Develop and execute a content strategy aimed at a highly niched audience of accounting agencies. Consistent and cohesive social media strategy creating engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Develop and execute a B2B lead generation strategy on LinkedIn. Building on top of the targeting capabilities that LinkedIn offers and Dext’s large database of lead magnets, we were able to create a full customer acquisition funnel that greatly reduced the CPL while maintaining the quality of the leads.
With a very large number of existing customers, community management was a top priority. Routing consumers’ inquiries from DMs as well as producing compelling and insightful content about Dext’s features allowed us to generate genuine interactions with our audience.
